No players

When entering live ches there is a big message:

"There are currently 5168 players online!"

But! Where are those thousands of players? I can count max 20-30 players and sometimes wait up to 5 min to find a match. Boring!

When you go into live chess, click on your Games tab, then on the sub-tab Players.

That shows you all the players in live chess at the same time as you.

Many play by rematch or direct challenge so they won't appear on the graph.

But still, to have only 20-30 players available out of 5000 is absurd. And out of those 30 there is none that plays what I want (for example 1700+, 1-3 min).

try to check settings i think you might overlook something

Tracer: you need to update your graph filter as you only can see 1|0 games in the graph and if you want to play 1-3 minute games you should use min 1 / max 3 in the filter.

where there is an tap of start game , below it there is a setting where you can put the rating of the opponent you want to play

I really hate this live chess!! No player at all! Now I must play 250 lower rated players since there are none in my range. This sucks bigtime!

I really really really really hate this live chess!! I'm sorry for each $ that I spend on this site! Waiting for opponent for few minutes each time is ridicilous! And then what? A bunch of cheaters to play with!

What time frame games are  you playing?

I only play 1 minute games (3+ min games are mostly full of cheaters). 1700+ rating players.

What? Now I'm making things up? Do you really want me to take screenshoots?

my range of opponents is from 1700 - 2500 for 1 minute games and i rarely wait more than 10-15 seconds for a game...are you creating your own seeks or just waiting to join others...

The default opponent-rating filter levels are far too restrictive, and most people don't adjust them. My range of opponents for 1|0 unrated games is 1100-2200, and sometimes I wait 5 minutes for a game, whether I create a seek or wait for one.

i also noticed that you are rated 1711 bullet...no wonder it taking so long for you to get games...if your looking for 1700+ your constantly seeking for players higher rated than yourself...bring down the minimum rating to 1600 or so and you will likely get matches quicker...
