Offering Draw or Resigning

How do you do this during the game? Where is the button?
Also, I played a game where there was a 3-move repetition but I couldn't claim the draw... ended up losing on time... how do I claim it?

I only see 2 repetitions of the position. The next check will make 3 and then you can claim the draw. I'm often wrong of course....
And I'm not sure about the ethics of asking about an ongoing game but since it's a technical issue I guess it's OK.
