It doesn't matter to me. I have seen it in TT but not in live.

I noticed in tactics trainer that a lot of times when you promote a pawn, the pieces shown to you are of the opposite color as the ones you are playing with.
I was playing a live game just now, and the same thing happened, I was playing white, and I was asked to promote to a black piece.
Now this is not a major issue but a formality that I think needs fixing.
