It was restarted earlier today (US time). I believe some arena have an issue currently, which seems to be a bug. Not sure if that's where you're seeing issues at.

960 live arena currently... I've been waiting for 5 mintues without any game. Used to get them in 5 seconds... but I've heard people in other other arenas complain too

The issue with arenas is being looked at.
What a mess.
Several players couldn't enter Arenas as usual, players in Arenas are only partially paired, disappointed players are leaving an ongoing 24h Arena, others join and can't understand, why this doesn't work anymore.
What can I tell them as an "organizer"? Sorry, it's just another bug ... Let's wait for Chess.com. That's not very convincing, is it?
As the bug appeared with a live server restart, probably another restart will be needed to fix the situation. So, I can cancel tomorrow's 24h Arena as it will either be affected or will be crashed by a live server restart.
And ... probably I shouldn't challenge clubs to future Multi Club Arenas without having received confirmation, that this bug is fixed, right?
so its not just player from UK cant get a game or after few arena game i cant be paired lol sp frustrated

@Martin_Stahl. Does chess.com staff have a target timeline for root cause analysis and/or corrective measures testing and implementation for the current arena issue? I would assume that such prioritization information is avaible to staff, and without having any intent to hold you to it (issues arise, priorities change, resource availability as well, that is everyday business...), providing visibility on that tentative date is of the greatest interest to various league organizers and participating club admins, and would certainly help them greatly planning their own activities.
