I have recently got annoyed by this premove thingy
where if I premove A Move For (eg Nxc3 )
But Due Check Or Anything Else The Does not allow that move
the Premove Gets Cancel (Of course)
But With that, my piece which I am holding in my mouse also gets back to the place
why???? I know why I am holding that piece ...
this is really super annoying when I am playing in seconds
because of this thingy, I have lost many games
It seems likely that your priorities must be driven by the unforeseen check.
Therefore, what a blessing for you that your random moves are cancelled so you can run away with your king or do whatever needs to be done.
I can't imagine how many complaints there would be if you had to first return the piece you were holding and then cancel each pre-move separately in such a situation.
