Program Users Polluting This Site!!!

Why is it, that Chess.com, has allowed program users to roam freely around, on this site? It's almost starting to become like "Pogo.com", except for the simple fact, that this site is solely dedicated to chess playing. I for one, am tired of getting disconnected by sore losing chess players and wish that the site admin, would do something about these program users. I'm sure that simple algorithamic scans can/will, detect who are the ones, using these programs.
