If youre in live chess, and you open a new tab to view someones homepage, or something, and then go to live chess in that tab, you will get the message.
Try logging off one device before using the other. Just be logged in on one. If you're being thrown off live, your Device is detecting another login.

it's just the one. i've had this problem before but it came back...
Maybe change your password, logout and login again to eliminate any other session.
There is a bug in the site design that gives you this message when you open a second tab in order to look at your opponent's stats or leave a nasty note on their page. For some reason, the programmers think that your game should be over before you do such things.
Could also be your mobile phone logging in. What kind of phone do you have and does it have the Chess.com app?
for some reason every few minutes i get a pop-up message saying 'another login has been detected' and i have to refresh for it to go away, which is seriously bad in bullet and blitz. how can i fix it? does anyone else have this problem?

this is the Chess.com website's error, , every thing was good with previous older version of website, but when they updated their website, everything [removed -- MOD]
after every 5 min another login detected message popsup even I don't do anything, and my running game go to end with -9 rating.
there are many other problems too.i.e
game disconnected
5min restrictions without any reason and even other player run away or left the game without resign.... in return i can not play the game new due to restriction

i lost nine games because of it, until i switched browsers from safari to chrome no problems since
