Are you logged in to 2 different devices?
If youre in live chess, and you open a new tab to view someones homepage, or something, and then go to live chess in that tab, you will get the message.
Try logging off one device before using the other. Just be logged in on one. If you're being thrown off live, your Device is detecting another login.
for some reason every few minutes i get a pop-up message saying 'another login has been detected' and i have to refresh for it to go away, which is seriously bad in bullet and blitz. how can i fix it? does anyone else have this problem?
