In the last couple of weeks, I have submitted two bug reports. There has been NO reply from chess.com, Therefore, I am now making my complaint public on the forum. If I were in charge of the software for this website, I would fire the QA Manager and the Lead Softeware Engineer. This is not the first refresh problem your software has had. Here is what happens:
1. The game is disconnected. 2. After a few seconds, the screen reloads, but it is to the WRONG game. It reloads to a previous game. 3. I close chess.com, reopen the window, click live chess and it still relolads to the wrong screen. 4. I close chess.com, disconnect my broadband, reconnect, go to my history file, load the CORRECT game and press return. Chess.com opens, it totally ignores the URL that I have typed in and it loads the WRONG game. 5. I have lost a total of 23 points because of this bug. It is irritating as hell. PLEASE FIX IT!!! Thank you.
