If you want to challenge someone in particular, you have to be able to see them. Your "friends" will appear in the "Friends" tab and you can challenge them by right clicking on their names.

Is the process any different when simply challenging a general user?? When I review the users online, many of them are listed with an action of either Watch or Play. When I locate a user with ratings similar to mine, I click Play. Seems like norhing happens for a bit. I switch over to the Games/Seeks window, the challenge is there, but the action only shows Cancel.
Either my challenges are not being accepted, or time just wastes away? But in any case, I'm not getting placed into a board & game.
Thoughts? Is this somewhat 'normal'?

I think you can type /match [user name] 5 0(for a five minute game). You can also accept someone's seek in the seek graph.
