Server Shutdown

This game ended unfairly, when the alert: "chess.com will be restarting the servers in 3 minutes" appeared on the screen. My opponent (sumi7) stalling time intentionally so our game aborted by the server.

I said, it isn't a fair game because he already knew that his position and the quality is far less than mine and we've played chess with the standard time control (15.10). I would definitely beat him in the remaining time available.

I realize this possibility from the beginning of the game, so I had to record our game notation, as presented in the simulation game below:

How is Qxe7 check? And how can the king take your queen? He definitly didn't castle and can't castle. He already moved. Weird last two moves.

There's no check ! By the way, show me the weird move do you mean ..?? I handled White Pieces, so the last move is mine (Qxe7).

in the diagram it says Qxe7 is check. And like I said, look at the diagram and you'll see that the king can't take your queen.

Please re-check the diagram above. You've seen it mistakenly. LoL

Server returned an alert will be shutdown 3 minutes later, I had time to play one bullet game (1.0) and I've been able to make a checkmate position before server shutdown. This is an evidence that has correlation to support my argument earlier.

I think something happened when I was looking at it, cause now it got fixed.

Bullet trains us to think quickly in emergency situations. Bullet skills can be improved by continuing to practice sparring.

In order of rating, I'm best at blitz then standard then bullet. I am bad at bullet because of the extreme time controls. I usually time out.

ALERT: Chess.com will be restarting the servers in 13 minutes!

When they want to get rid of you they throw this " restarting the servers in ...mins "  this used to happen to me now and then. So i just moved to another interest on the site   and returned to my LIVE CHESS ...presto I was able to continue LIVE Chess . My mate showed me a game where HE was actually playing a STAFF member and i was amazed. This server stuff is a chess.com staff trick.
