Well I don't know if it affects your playing in the long run, but I bet you will do better at turn based chess. Simply because, you have longer to think about things.

hi im trying to improve my chess and i am always playing live chess like 1 min and 5 min for example i can play like 20 bullet games in a row will this help me should i stop is it ruining my chess because i took a break from chess and lost alot of skill do you think this will make me worse or help or not do anything, before i took this break i played reasonable moves in uscf tournies now and live chess now im hanging stuff like knights and bishops and pawns in both WHAT SHOLUD I DO
