I am having the same problem when trying to click on open challenges. Also, when I try to create a challenge, I get this message
"Your challenge cannot be created because of your internet connection. Please reconnect and try again."
Can somebody from the site please fix this?

How is chess.com supposed to reset your router?
Have you checked your interent connection?
Have you reseat the network cable, etc?
As of two days ago Live chess worked fine on my Iphone 6S. NOW the screen is split and I cannot see the full board, unless i go to focus mode, which is not always working either. Was there a change?
I still have the same problem, please help. If you don't I will lose games on time.
Have you rpeorted the problem to staff?
Have you tried reinstalling the app?
Yes I have the same problem, and many other users do as well right now. There is at least one other forum discussing this problem
(Sigh), I don't know why, but now only the top 2 rows of the board shows now. This is getting beyond frustrating.
And quite sad - I've been playing live chess on here since 2008. I'm gonna have to move on if it doesn't get fixed :-(
Do none of you understand that your forum posts are not seen by staff?

Hi, I cannot get live chess to load.. Everytime I go to open challenges, the box pops up that reads please wait, it is taking longer than usual to connect. Then if I click on the change settings option, nothing happens.
Is anyone else having this problem?
