This has happened multiple times now where mid-game I get disconnected because of site overload, and am unable to return to my game.

When I finally join back, I've lost on time. There has to be some protection for these events.

You can open a ticket with support with links to those games and they should be able to refund rating.

I’ve reported multiple games lost (I had a winning position and over :30 on the opponent) due to disconnect timeouts and not one has been fixed. Don’t understand why they can’t determine what games end due to server issues and just null them out so no one takes a loss. Seems like something a decent programmer would be able to do🤷‍♂️

The site has started automatically giving refunds due to sit load issues
