Struggling With Losing Badly

While it's clear that losing is a big problem in chess, it's affecting me considerably. The problem seems to be getting worse by the day. Not sure what to do. I know I'm extremely bad but I'm losing badly to very weak competition.

If you don't seem to enjoy playing stop. Remember that you shouldn't care about winning or elo, you should care about having fun.

I quit chess years ago from a peak rating of 1500+ because of the soul-crushing losing. Now I can't hang with the 800s and will probably quit again, hopefully this time for good.

Unless you are Magnus Carlsen, you should lose as many games as you win games.
If you win more than you lose, then you play too weak opponents.

i think you should practice on seeing the opponents tactic. You have to ask yourself what does my opponent want? Then ruin there plan.
