Okay after 98(!) moves, he finally took the draw. This is an issue that needs fixing though.
The site won't recognize threefold repetition.

I'm in a game right now that should be a draw by perpetual check / threefold repetion, and the site won't call it a draw. Furthermore the opponent is being annoying and won't accept the draw, saying he has "all afternoon and night."
