Time runs down [BUG] (PLEASE HELP)

Hi everyone, 

When i play bullet on chess.com f.e. a 1 Minute game and i am in a winning endgame, the time runs down faster than it should. If i have 10 seconds on the clock and premove a mate in 6 f.e. rook + queen i can just sit there and look how my time runs to zero. Premoves take 0.6-2 sec . For me. You can check my game where i premoved the last 20 moves and my time run down from 20sec to 5 sec with 20 premoves: https://www.chess.com/game/live/145863661740

I need help and i want to find a way to fix this. Should i just say BYE to bullet on chess.com and play on lichess? 

Even in some Rapid games i almost lost on time because of this when i even Had 5 sec increment and moved after 1 sec.

You should post this in the Feedback-Group or the Beta-Group (If you are a member of the Beta-Group) to get better responses and help. I can’t help you with that but it’s a bug for sure.

the reason that happened was because your opponent was already premoving before you so as the clock was eating 0.1 sec of opponents time it cannot do the same to you. It will take a little more time. Think of it like a real game. Your opponent is keeping his hand right next to the piece waiting for you and immediately plays while you play and no time is eaten in his (but obviously 0.1 sec will), but then you cannot do the same. You had played your move and now have to again repeat back which will take more time. Chess.com has the premove feature, but that does not mean that chess.com is making it into an completely online experience. It is more fun only when you can practice and also enjoy it like a real game.
If you do not want this to happen you can shift to lichess. In lichess premove is an complete online thing and you will not even lose 0.1 sec on your clock.... But never quit chess.com.... Like there is nothing more fun then all the features in chess.com! Like look at the news feature, the learn section, the puzzles section and especially the social section!
Conclusion: If you are fine with the otb feeling then play bullet on chess.com, if you are not fine you can either play other time control or play on lichess and NOT quit chess.com

That's because when you premove, it takes away 0.1 seconds of your time. Lichess, however, does not do this; instead, it only allows you to premove once, unlike chess.com.

lichess doesn't take away time from your premove but you can only premove once while you are waiting for your opponent

lichess sucks you guys. yeah chess.com has it's problems but overall it's so much better

Maybe it’s the lag? Bc sometimes that happens to me where the time is rly weird and usually it’s my internet

Even when my internet is in the best condition. dunno wts happening but its real P.I.T.A bug

Yea sometimes it also shows it's my opponent's time running down when it's actually mine. And other times, i start a game but it doesn't show up, leading to me accidentally aborting. Idk why this happens, even with good wifi

Yea I remember trying lichess yesterday and being like why the heck can I not make two premoves??

yea same here whenever i play bullet or blitz it shows my opponent's time ran out but after a second it shows i lost on time i hope chess.com will respond to this issue

Yea guys I have had something like this before.

Sometimes I am playing and its my move, then I move a piece. But then it lags and says I'm doing a premove, so pretty much it wastes my time.

Any idea to stop that?
