Alright then..
The first number is the game's initial time. This is the number the match starts off with, and when it reaches 0 the game is over.
The second number is an increment of time added to your current time every time you make a move. So, if you had 15 seconds left and made a move immediately in a match with an increment of 5 seconds, you would now have 20 seconds left.
There are also letters that can be found next to the match, b or w means YOU will play as black or white respectively, and a u means that the match is unrated.
