Can somebody help me? How much rating I need to reach, to play in top game?

What top game. ?

To play in the top game you must have a rating of 3000. No one has ever played in the top game but I hope to live to see the day that the top player is crowned.

For example YahooChess played with 2311.

After days of strenuous rhetorical analysis I think I've arrived at the correct interpretation of the question.

He's asking how the game that automatically shows up when you enter the live chess interface is chosen. 

I believe that it's basically just determined by the highest cumulative score between any two competitors currently playing a game. For example, If a 2300 and a 2600 are playing each other, they will appear in the "top game" if no other matchup features a combined rating above 4900.

This is just my best guess.

So the correct answer would be something like: You must have the highest rating of all live playing members at a certain moment.
