While I was playing a game, my opponent made a screwed up move. He had essed up, and I was due to win. But... he wasn't forced to move out of check. Then all of a sudden, my queen disappear It's easier to look then not.

Here is also the diagram of the game in PGN format.

Obviously as shown by the PGN and diagram I took a screenshot of, something went wrong. Just thought I'd report it. =)

White missed 19.Rf6, gf6; 20.Qg4+, Kh8; 21.Bf6#

This isn't game analyzation, but thanks for the support. =)

indeed, I don't see a bug at all. I just played through the pgn file and everything seems normal. The queens are both on the board all the time. White wins the game fairly. Please explain?

Looking at the PGN, it shows the moves I had made. The moves I had made, were in frustration to him being in checkmate after his next turn yet he moves and puts me in check? Look at the screenshot I put. It says Rf1, but the diagram does not show it. My queen disappeared right after he moved his rook to f1.

All I needed was QxR, and it was mate with me winning. The PGN format I found shows normal moves, indeed the moves I did make testing to see why he had been able to get where he was. It does not remove the point that the graphics themselves glitched up. Just a simple glitch, or bug one.

well, fella,

the screenshot shows BOTH queens on the board, and now that you restate your case: I see what you are alleging - white's king is - in the screenshot - in check, and white could not have moved his queen as the board shows.

interesting.  suggest you report it to 'bugs' and provide the url for this forum ....   that, instead of starting a forum for comments, would be the most efficient way to report a bug.  see 'Report Bugs'   below, at the bottom of every screen.

No need to file a bug report on this if you haven't already, I've sent this to the proper place. Thank you for reporting this.

the whole live chess is really really slow :S...

It took me a couple of play throughs because I'm not an expert, but it does appear something of a computer based glitch happens. It's the computerized chess magic show: Now you see it, now you don't. Seriously, I'm not making light of the situation, but it's one of the problems with the system. However, chess.com is really great at correcting their programming problems.

and they already have been tracking on this one.  that screenshot shows it all, it happens.  today, I got disconnected 7 times in a row (losing all 7 games) before I was able to complete and win a game.  [was winning in most of the 7 I got disconnected in]  oh well. life happens. life is not perfect. if you want perfect build it yourself....

I'd rather play here.
