when will server problems be fixed

i'm tired of losing games due to losing connection with the chess server. believed this was due to my connection but after testing I'm very confident that my broadband is not the issue. On other chess sites i have very low latency and it a joy to play online. Chess.com is most days a chore and my concentration is ruined with lost connections and winning positions being abandoned. Can chess.com at least acknowledge that this is a problem and tell us when it will be resolved
