why cant i play live chess

a guy posted something about me dissconnecting from a game when comcast (internet service)  did then i posted something back.but he was outta line for what he said.

Im not sure but this is what I think and what Ive heard: normally they tell you if you are banned from games or you get a warning. I guess you cant play live games cos there is something with the server,site or internet.

If you have an app, try to download the app again ( for me it works ). Or look to your internet. Hope it helps,

possibly you got a fair play warningfor the disconnect white screen try f5 and shift together 

On what buttom u click when u see a white screen? I saw that too and it was something with the server, u saw " bad gateway nginx " on your white screen?

thanks talfan.i just hit the play live chess button then it starts to load then it goes white. but thank u all for the help

If it is a purely white screen, it is probably an issue with your own internet connecting with live chess. Try reseting your internet, computer-side first, then if it doesn't work, try reseting your modem.

Boomack: i dont know that, I only got it when I clicked the 1min,3min, or Xmins button. I should try what Chessman265 says.

I dont understand why my live chess is not working. when I try to pick up a game and I click on the selection screen, it does not respond.
