Why can't I play unrated games?

The place where it could be set is empty now and I also cannot adjust the range of ratings I want to sent challenges in between like before.

Chose the custom setting

Again, select the custom setting and type 3 min and change rating settings.

I looked everywhere and you just cannot set "unrated"

In the time setting, select "Custom" or whatever it's called in English. The option to make it unrated is right above the start game button.

Custom is the second-last option in the list. I don't know the German.
