Why doesn't Live Chess have a "Spectators" tab?

Unlike every other mainstream chess site that I know of, chess.com is the only site that does not offer a Spectators tab
Of course it makes sense that you cannot view spectators chatting while playing, and you can only see their chat once the game is complete. But, it doesn't strike why would you not be able to see a spectators tab of those viewing games?
