Will anyone ever surpass @Number_1_Player's blitz rating?

That person is banned from the site though, pretty sure the original post meant will anyone legitimately beat number 1 player's blitz rating.

The title and original post no longer make any sense. The question has become "find the highest rating a cheater has achieved", not "will anyone legitimately surpass this rating"

That's like asking if anyone will beat Lance Armstrong's Tour de France record.

To legitimately get a rating of 3600+, you need to beat Hikaru over 9/10 of the time. This is probably Stockfish's level, so you would legitimately need to play as well as Stockfish to achieve this.
