We're planning to do a very small tournament: 24 players.
It will be held on a local square in cooperation with the local chess club. The square is somewhat big: 80m (80 yards) by 60m (60 yards) approximately.
To make it much more interesting for the common bypasser (total chessnoobs on average) we want to have live analysis of a past game, or when the final is going on, analysis of the final game.
How can we do this without annoying the players? Or worse: influence the game because players hear the analysis. At the same time it will be a small event so we'd rather not be a football field away from the "action"
