I like the zugzwang nature of it. Perhaps you can place a black pawn on c7 and a white pawn on c6. This way you remove the possibility to play bd6+, which also wins for white. To make the puzzle harder you can add other pieces for black which are trapped to maintain the zugzwang. For instance as shown here
