Mystified by Blacks first move. Must be missing the b******* obvious ?
Check the move list for alternate 1st moves by Black :)

I posted this before. It is insane. First move is queen move. To a spot I would never ever place my queen.

I admit that I guessed the first move because it was a composed chess problem and because it was by far the craziest move on the board ;-)
In hindsight, the logic behind this first queen move is to keep black from queening a pawn on e1 with check. So white gains enough time for the mating maneuver Rd8-d4-a4+ and b3-b4+ with mate.
[EDIT] Andersen, not Anderson, duh!
Please check the move list for alternate Black responses. Mate in 5
