Waaait a minute... the pawn can't take, as it's white's pawn and on the 7th row. It could promote, but it can't take the black queen. 

 

Not even sure if this is a legal position.

perhaps, you would write if white pawn does not take the queen on f6 (When black queen moves from f2 to f6) what will happen. If the game goes like this it was really easy mate. Best move there pawn take f6.

No, there's a bigger problem at hand: the board is right side up. However, you are playing as the black pieces, meaning one of your current legal moves is pawn promotes on d1.
