30 seconds, but the most beautiful endgames are often easy to solve. A short while ago I posted a checkmate in 9 moves featuring a similar theme to this one. Like smothered mate, it is not new but never ceases to thrill when you find it in a new setting! This one could very well be a chess.com tactic around the 2500 level. There are lots of short and sweet endings in that database.

Where's that 9-move mate? I would like to see it.
