It's funny to see the black with three rooks.
I am not a good player but if I were black, I think instead of using the Queen to take the bishop I would simply move the rook to g8. Don't you think?

Nah, I wouldn't even capture the bishop. I'd just play 1...Rxh1 for an easy win.
