Btw, the black defense you've given is not quite correct. After 1. ... Ne3 white also mates in time with 2. Rc4. Blacks only unique defense is 1. ... Nb4!

Actually, it appears the whole puzzle is flawed as the engine finds many different solutions in various stages. Suppose this one is from the pre-engine era cry.png
