22...Bxg5 fails to 23. Qxg5+ Kh7 24. Qh5#.
And 22...Qf5 fails to 23. Qh4+ Kg6 24. Nf3+ Qg5 25. Qxg5#. Nice.
Black's best try would seem to be 22...g6 because it sets a small trap. At first glance, 23. Nxf7+ looks like it might break down the defenses, but after the simple 23...Kg7 doh! Black's King slips through f8 to safety. An inaccurate or time-pressed White player might slip up here, which is why I think it's Black's best (only real) chance to get out of that desperate position.
But it's okay, because the suggested move 23. Qh4+! Kg7 24. Qh7+ Kf8 25. Qxf7# does the trick. Poor Black. Turns out f8 wasn't out of White's range.
