In the puzzles statistics I've got a hyphen (-) in the friend's rank box since the puzzles rating deflation. Will this value be back, and when?

It shows it for me. It might just be a bug, you might want to contact chess.com support.

I reach the highest puzzle rating of my friends, and despite being at the top of the leaderboard, I was still #2
