nice amiraz! thats exactly the line i saw first (although there probably is only one line). Im referring to the second puzzle. Didint figure the first one out before reading the answer post!

texaspete, you are correct. Another fairly hard puzzle, the goal of this one is mate.

I think I've got it.

1. Rd5 Bxd5 2. g5+ Kxg5 3. Qe5+ Rf5 4. f4+ Kh6 5. Ng4#

The only problem is I don't see a path to mate if black responds 1. ...Qe7

Maybe its as simple as:

1. Rd5 Qe7 2. R(any)xh5+ gxh5 3. Rxh5+ Kg6 4. Qd3+ Bf5 5. Nxf5 with mate to follow

But I'm not sure

1.Ba4+, Kxa4 2. Nc3+, Kb3 3. Nd2#

is the only one i see but king can get away if he plays 1....,Kc4

Thisan you almost have it. Try to see what white could do if king plays Kc4.

1.Ba4, Kc4 2.b3+ Kd3 3. Bb5+ Ke4 4. is where i get lost

Here, I'll give you the next move after Ke4. It is 4. Rg4+

cause its not mate right away if he blocks off the b2 square with his bishop
