texaspete, you are correct. Another fairly hard puzzle, the goal of this one is mate.

I think I've got it.
1. Rd5 Bxd5 2. g5+ Kxg5 3. Qe5+ Rf5 4. f4+ Kh6 5. Ng4#
The only problem is I don't see a path to mate if black responds 1. ...Qe7
Maybe its as simple as:
1. Rd5 Qe7 2. R(any)xh5+ gxh5 3. Rxh5+ Kg6 4. Qd3+ Bf5 5. Nxf5 with mate to follow
But I'm not sure
Yes, you got it again texaspete (sigh). Okay, I need to think up of a hard chess puzzle for you, you are pretty good. Hmmm...
Heres another one.
1. Qxd8+ Nxd8 2. Rd7+ Kb8 3. Rxd8+ Kc7 (3. Nc8 4. Rxc8+ Ka7 5. Ra8#; 3. Ka7 4. Ra8#) 4. Rd7+ Kb8 5. Rxb7#
yeah i thought of Rg4 ahh i completely missed the knight check on e3 thanks
1.Ba4+, Kc4 2. b3, Kd3 3. Bb5+ Ke4 4.Rg4+ Kf5 5.Ne3# is it i cant tell i had to do it all in my head
