I have completed all levels to Silver tier , but now I am back on wood ? and after completed a tier I still is on the same it dont move to the next tier any had the same problem

I found that on two occasions the system stopped accumulating points on the progress bar even though the points counter continued to advance with each puzzle solution which kept me from advancing to the next level. After reporting the issue, the help desk corrected it.

So basically, this new algorithm is now a complete WASTE. I hate it.

After completing the first cycle, your pawn changes from wood to stone, and you restart the tiers. After completing legend tier again, you’ll go back to wood tier, but with a bronze pawn, and so on until you have a legend pawn. So you’re not truly done until you have a legend pawn at the final level of the legend tier. Happy puzzling!

Thank you CountingPhotons for detailing the puzzle levels. I'm on Wood for the second time and hadn't noticed the pawn had changed.
I do feel that Chess.Com could have been more imaginative with the levels after completing Legend. Maybe named after players such as Capablanca, Lasker, Tal and so on.
Thanks for the info Counting Photons.
It would have made more sense if they had your Pawns change colors with each Tier, and the board change each time you progress through all of the tiers.

CountingPhotons, do I understand correctly that there are eight cycles, in each cycle there are eight tiers and each tier has 20 levels? If so then it takes 25 years to complete it as free user (3 puzzles in a day)
