Incorrect 'best move' at the end of puzzle 772284?

I was dinged for playing Qxb4 for the 4th move instead of Nd2. But Stockfish engine in chess.com and on lichess both say it's one point better than Nd2 (+3.4 or so vs +2.3). Is there some deeper level where that switches?
