Is it really a hard puzzle?

Recently I was shown a puzzle that took me a long time to solve.
The rules are similar to Solo Chess. But there is no limit on the number of moves with one piece.
You need to make a series of seven capture moves in a row so that only one piece remains.

Is it also a challenging puzzle for you?

A clue: the f3 pawn has no moves so it cannot be the last remaining piece. This pawn can be captured by either the bishop Bc4xd5xf3 or the knight Nd6xc4xe5xf3. In any case, the piece that appears on f3 will not have a next capture move and also cannot be captured by another piece. Therefore the last move should be Bxf3 or Nxf3.

Another tricky(?) puzzle. How quickly can you get this arrangement from the starting position?

My record is eight and a half full moves (17 half moves).

Good scheme! Not a perfect SPG since some moves may be switched. 17 half moves is the minimum!
