Unless Im mistaken black has a mate in two moves after whites move 12 from the above diagram.
12) Rxh8 Ne2 double check
if 13) Kd1 Qd3 mates
if 13) Kb1 Q c1 mates
I suspect he forgot a double check cannot be blocked the king must move.

Just a nice combination i had in a game earlier today on here...I included the rest of the game incase anybody would like to look/comment. (I realize a few mistakes i made already)
