7 ís ok. King is locked. Just needs the final blow, the solution is a bit hided because the bishop seems better defence. The other I did not know. King is not to move, and bishop also of same reason? And everything else just seems bad. So here the bishop is better than you think not opposite as in the first one.
Took me about half a minute. It was quite easy.

Took me 1 min and i saw qb3+ but i thought bishop will take queen before realizing it was pinned :). 9.5/10
