Very nice, took me a while for the first move (I was trying Rd8 so I could fork with Qg5 - so foolish of me...)

Veeeery good one!
Not too difficult, but with some very nice points and entirely correct, as far as I can see. I like that it looks pretty much like it could have occured in an actual game, too.
i think, there is another option too. 1.Re1 Rxe1 2.Qxe1 Kf8 3.Ba3+ Qe7(or Kb8 this means more quick mate) 4.Qxe7 mate or Qe8.

if black doesn't take e1, white rogue can take the rouge in e8 anyway.
