I don't know if this is right forum for this, or if this is even allowed, but can someone explain the point of this puzzle to me? https://www.chess.com/puzzles/problem/2216720

SPOILERS:

You start in check and have three possible moves, one of them a capture. None of them seems very obviously much better or worse than the others (no immediate traps, checkmate threats, etc.). The analysis tool says the capture (the "correct" move) is the only one that gives black the advantage, but other than the immediate gain in material it is not clear why. Is it really just the capture of the piece? Black started with a small material advantage anyway but still looks like they will be in a bad position. Am I just missing something?

This seems quite different from other puzzles I have seen at this rating, which tend to result in either forced mate or a decisive material advantage. This one seemed very unsatisfactory with no obvious point.

The title of the puzzle could be "What are the best steps to recover from this attack?" At the last step you even chase the attacking queen away.

Thanks, that helps quite a bit!
