Okay, it's easy. Simply put, if it's White's turn, the first rook is "h3", the king of Black can only move to "b2", the second rook is "h2", and the king moves downwards, it doesn't matter which square it goes to. Then it's White's turn: the second rook is "g2", and the king can only move to the last rank. Then it's White's turn after the king moves ,the first rook is"h1", and the game is over, checkmate.
