Baes on another recent post, I think the cycle starts again, though it will be at least a month before I find out at current rates.

You get taken to a new Tier and once you've finished all the Tiers - you get prestiged, everything is explained in this post: https://www.chess.com/blog/nerlin/puzzle-tiers-leagues-explained
