puzzle league, reset?

i got put back in wood league all of a sudden and now the ratings are additionally different for completing a puzzle .
+3 for doing a puzzle correctly, -15 for making a mistake... seems a bit radical. was there an update or something?

Since the launch of the new puzzles rating system (explained here: https://www.chess.com/news/view/announcing-new-puzzles-rating-system), you can change the puzzles difficulty in https://www.chess.com/settings/gameplay.
With "Difficulty = Standard", the system proposes puzzles that are too easy (so you lose more puzzle rating for failing in a puzzle than you get for completing it). But if you choose "Difficulty = Extra Hard", the system should propose puzzles close to your puzzles rating (and you will lose or get similar puzzle rating).
