Yeah I saw that but it's irrelevant, 7. a8=B is clearly too strong a move to pass.
Its easy anyway, you don't have to use a bishop instead of rook or queen. Besides, you don't have to take nine moves to checkmate.

I know that, the point is to make the moves so that no one could get them correct.
