puzzles rated exactly 1800 and pretty easy

I do a lot of puzzles, but lately i saw a lot of them rated exactly 1800 and are just sim;ly mate in one puzzles. Does anyone know why? Sometimes they have 100% solving rate? This is an example. https://www.chess.com/puzzles/problem/1631138
