I recently reached the Crystal tier in the new puzzle system. Sometimes a puzzle feels too easy for the current tier. Is there a way I can see the difficulty/rating of a puzzle?

Puzzle tiers have nothing to do with difficulty. The puzzles you get are based on your current puzzle rating, same as always
