I mean I could just do

but there's probably a million ways to reach that position, and probably even faster than that.

There are many more transpositions to reach that position, but none faster, e.g.:

Yes, black needs 10 moves in some order.
White can reach its position 1 move faster with Bd3-Bc2, but black is in the lead.
