Of course double stalemate does not exist but people fall for it because the rulemakers have - once upon a time - decided to score stalemate as a draw. The outcome gives the illusion that it doesn't matter who stalemated who. But if stalemate was made a win for the stalemating side then it's clear that black wins here 0-1 and nobody would ever suggest the existence of a double stalemate. It's how the mind plays tricks on you.
