I use it with a timer and respond with my first reaction for blitz training.

I'm fairly new to chess and I use it to learn to recognize all the options on the board. I don't worry about the timer and my rating so much. I concentrate on trying to come up with the right answer. I figure once I can get over 90% right all the time, I can think about trying to go faster.
What do people think of tactics trainer? I use it a lot and I was just wondering if anybody uses it and thinks it really improves their game.
